Prisma Hair Co. was established in 2017 by long time best friends Veronica Delgado and Mona Lee Borrego. Bonding over their love for pop culture, mutual Zodiac signs and of course a shared experience of being feminist Latina women. The pair have been friends for over 15 years and finished Cosmetology school together. Veronica and Mona went on to individually pursue career paths in hair, working at different salons, they often dreamt of what it would be like to co-own a salon of their own. 13 years later, they now have Prisma Hair Co. A once micro-salon offering an intimate experience, has now transformed into a 7 chair space with the same warm vibes. Prisma is often referred to as their labor of love.

Mona, a hair cutting specialist, has a wide range of expertise allowing her to accommodate curl/texture styles, precision haircuts and razor work. Mona prides herself in being able to create non-gendered custom haircuts for individuals, creating shapes that compliment and enhance all hair textures.
